A collaboration between Pa-Boom and Rag and Bone, Horns of Fire is a large scale fire installation with accompanying music and soundtrack.
Gently flickering fire pots illuminate walkways and hang from towers and chandeliers, fountains gurgle, gas horns flare, charcoal braziers sparkle and flutter; a trio of brass musicians can be heard, calling through the glowing ambience.
Horns of Fire invites the audience into an evocative and atmospheric experience, and is ideally suited to parks, green spaces, churchyards, festival spaces and landscape. The installation lasts for up to 5 hours, and can be configured to suit different locations and events.
We can provide a number and variety of musical additions with Horns of Fire, from brass trios and larger ensembles to wandering minstrels and lone musicians, from pre recorded soundtracks and loops to live ambient soundscapes – we even sample the sounds of the flames themselves.
